I was welcomed immediately on getting out of the vehicle and was attended to promptly
thereafter. They ordered a shuttle for me and let me know when they were nearing completion so that I could arrange a shuttle ride back. All in all it was a pleasant experiencel
I have brought my vehicle i for regular service on Saturdays as I work during the week. My vehicle has had some issues I have mentioned to the service person on duty when I was there. Each time I have been told that I need to speak to a service manager. It is disappointing and inconvenient that you do not have a service manager on duty on Saturdays. My vehicle was written off this week and I will be purchasing another vehicle in the next week, but I will not be purchasing from your dealership again due to what I perceive is a lack of customer service. It is unfortunate because Tony Dang, my salesperson, is fantastic and I would have been happy to bring him my business again.
Not sure why I received this email message or what experience you are referring to. In fact, after 2 weeks I'm still waiting for the dealership to return my email.
Car taken through for service exactly when booked in, tire rotation was suggested and completed in a tight time-frame as I was on a schedule - everything went exactly to plan!
