My car was at that time was approximately 5 months old, approximately 2000KM. The block heater cord while I was unplugging it shorted out caught fire and burned off. I took the car to the dealer, Murry Hyundai in Winnipeg for service. I was told by the Service Writer very politely that the cord was not a warranty issue. I disagree with that comment, however I would hope that this would be investigated and will become a part of the warranty. My problem is with the parts person, I asked if there was a heavier cord that could be installed, the parts person told me no, I showed him the cord that was left, and he told me that I had driven off with the cord in the outlet thus breaking it off. I told him I did not, and he said I was not tell the truth and became rude.
Tony Dang was an awesome salesman. Highly recommend him and the staff at Murray Hyundai. This is the 6th vehicle our family has purchased from Murray.

Recall repair (oil line to turbo) and periodic maintenance. Replacement of rear lift pistons covered under warranty but (oddly) loose bulb cover in fog light lens assembly not covered
From the first contact, to arrange the service, through to the completion the staff was courteous and considerate and the service was done in a timely manner.
