From a phone call reminding me it was time for my fall tune-up with suggestions of work to be done to picking up my car, everyone was helpful and patient. My car was returned clean with a gift which was appreciated. The shuttle service was appreciated as well and drivers were courteous.
I brought my SUV in for winterizing on a Thursday morning, including installation of winter tires, etc. Many repairs were required and parts ordered and I was able to pick up my SUV the following Monday morning. My Service Advisor, Jessica Jorgenson, arranged for a courtesy car and kept me in the loop over the course of those 3 days. I have worked with Jessica for many years and have the upmost respect for her input. She is very respectful, honest and helpful.
I was extremely appreciative of the courtesy car and the fact that the repairs and service could be done in "one visit" and I did not have to bring my vehicle back and forth for separate service visits.
Tune up and winter tires installed. Car was cleaned and was ready for pickup after work. Friendly staff explained all work performed and were very efficient.
Well satisfied with Murray Hyundai as normal except for the Time Line of the day. Dropped vehicle off first thing in the morning @ 7:00AM and advised that they would have my Vehicle for the day as the Shuttle was going to pick me up after 4:00PM. After shuttle dropped me off at the Dealership I was told that my vehicle was not ready and I proceeded to have to wait approx. another hour for it and even at that point not everything was done.
Like the Dealership and love the People but that day was not my best experience @ Murray Hyundai.
