Suggested a ton of work. $2200 later the problem wasn't gone
Reported clunking in front end and paid for check. Among suggested items was brake fluid flush etc. Not a big issue. But total was crazy for a 9 + yr old car. Went for steering rack and ball joints. Original clunking noise and ride are absolutely unchanged. On plus side, service was VG and no pressure when I declined items. Thanks

general sales manager, he hasnt returned back to me yet. Also I left a voice mail as well. Once i am back in th city i will surely follow up. Because u never told me that u sold me a rental car to which I was very clear tha I dont wany rentals or accidental cars.

We are having trouble connecting to discuss the customer's concern. I have called the customer's phone number numerous times and the call is not picked. The voicemail is full meaning I am unable to leave a message. We also mailed the customer a letter recently asking him to get in touch. I have reviewed the purchase with our staff and have confirmed that the Carproof report which discloses the history of the car was reviewed and signed off by the customer. I have also confirmed with the salesperson and sales manager involved in the purchase that the customer did not mention that purchasing a vehicle that had not been a rental unit previously was important to him.
