I purchased a vehicle from the dealership. When looking under the hood, i asked where the block heater was. The salesman told me it was there and i didnt investigate further. When it was minus 40, i went to plug my vehicle in to discover i did not have a block heater. I tried contacting the company for an explanation but was always dealt with poor customer service. The manager quit responding to my emails. I had 2 other occassions of terrible service there. There was a recall that took place. I was told my vehicle would take one day but it took 4 days. While waiting i overheard them explaining to another customer they fixed the problem, I asked if i got the same solution. They said no and its a case by case basis.

We dealt directly with Luke at Wheaton in Regina and I can't say enough what a great experience it was for us. Luke gave us good value for our trade and he found us the truck we were looking for, which ended up being in Brandon. Other members of Luke's team were also involved and were all excellent to deal with. We will certainly refer others to Luke and his team at Wheaton in Regina.

Overall a very good experience, no pressure sales.
Colleen was amazing! She was personable and very helpful. I felt very little pressure to buy and felt as though she had my best interests at heart. I generally do not fell comfortable with car salesmen but this was a great experience.
