I had a positive experience dealing with Maxime Brunet. He was able to find the vehicle I was looking for in Halifax. However, the day I picked up the vehicle which was planed a few weeks before, I did not get the check for my trade-in from the sales manager that day. After several exchanges I finally received the check 2 weeks later. At the end of all this I sent an email asking what was my compensation. I never got an answer. k!
I bought a vehicle from Audi Ottawa in one of the most challenging times this country has faced in decades. Even though the dealership was closed, Maxime Brunet was able to answer all of my questions, went into the dealership on the weekend to provide me with pictures of the vehicle, was fair with the value of my trade-in and even came in on Sunday to deliver my vehicle as we could not be there during the week. Even after the sale was complete, Max and Mary Best-Hagley have both been great in ensuring that I got my mats delivered to me. Their professionalism and service is why I chose an Audi S6 over a Porsche Cayenne S and a Mercedes S560. I would recommend them to anyone.
