They didn't do what they said they were gonna get done.
You keep sending me surveys and I keep answering them.
No one has really done anything of the issues I put down in them.
Last survey asked if I wanted someone from Audi ottawa to get back to me or Audi Canada and I chose Audi Canada but they didn't contact me yet either.

Audi S4 84K service was done. Shuttle was great. The only issue was my appointment request using web was lost. However, car was serviced anyway. I sent a copy of my email confirmation. Haven't heard anything more.

Excellent and caring service but after two weeks problem is back where I started
Took my 2016 A4 in because of wheel noise when moving forward and turning. Breaks / break pads were serviced but this has not solved the problem so will return to see what can be done.

Purchased an Audi Q3 in late July and within a few weeks it was delivered to the dealership. The purchasing experience from the beginning e.g. walking into the dealership to the end e.g. driving off in my car was consistently excellent.
