Our experience at Audi Ottawa with Mustafa was excellent from start to finish.
After we agreed on our purchase price with the salesperson, Brian, Mustafa handled the finer details and arrangements to get us into our Audi A4. Mustafa was careful to thoroughly explain details about the warranty, coating options, financial details, service requirements and everything. He did so with great patience during our visit and also, took our calls to answer other questions that we had. We felt comfortable and very well taken care of with Mustafa. He also gave us several very good hints throughout that we very much appreciated.

My first time purchasing an Audi Q5 was a fun and relaxing experiencing: the entire team was professional and very accommodating.
I was referred to Brendon Brazil- knew what I wanted and he found exactly everything I was looking for. The whole experience took 2 weeks- Mustafa Alsadi too me through all of the finance options and pointed out all of the + and - of each one. His suggestions were all very helpful. I picked up my Q5 today and it was Alex Gaudet who explained all of the technical and operating options- and gave me his card and encouraged me to call if I needed any help. A must pleasant overall experience- I'm an Audi gal now
the delivered product was not as expected, but the team was responsive and eager to rectify the situation.
Improvements to providing the service in French are still needed, however Mustafa, Jeremy and Alex were great and acted very professional. The car was also sparkly clean. Also, what may need improvements as well is not at the moment of the pick up, but when you deal/try a new car. They should be better at knowing or check what are the differences between the new models and the previous.
