I was very interested at getting a Q7 3 years ago. Very little went well at that time and I walked away very disappointed. This time around, it was the opposite, Jeff and the other teams members were all professional, knowledgeable and helpful.
Received a great service from Jeff B. for my 1st Audi Q3. He was very professional and I definitely recommend him if you are looking for an Audi! Loving my car!

I recently purchased an A4 from Audi West Ottawa. The facility and staff were very professional and Jeff Broughton was a superstar to deal with during the transaction. Everything went off without a hitch and I am super happy in my new Audi.

Winter tire installation. Done on time and professionally.
However suggest that you suspend the complementary car wash at this time as too busy to do it properly or hire more car washers at this time . Poor car washers overwhelmed at this time.
