My experience renting a car January 20th and returning January 21st was a test of endurance. Your representative was focused on minutia. Firstly the reservation, unnecessarily reconfirming every detail in my file, updating obscure fields and even demanding my ACTRA membership number in order to prove entitlement to my corporate discount. The vehicle check at rental and return was bizarre, with every surface of the vehicle poured over with a flashlight in examination of the tiniest mark, some smaller than a hair's width. At one point your representative was on the ground checking the underside of running boards. In forty years of renting vehicles, I have never encountered such a process. I also found your representative particularly difficult to understand. The experience left me feeling unvalued as a repeat customer, and left the impression I may have a 'gotcha' experience upon return where even a bug on the windshield would result in a charge. I am much more inclined to rent elsewhere in future.

The customer service reps are nice and cordial.
They did not provide adequate information about the vehicle and did not adequately explain the terms and conditions of the rental insurance, leading to out of pocket expenses. The vehicle was not ready upon pick-up. We waited almost an hour to get the vehicle as it was stuck in ice (we should've at least been offered an extension of rental time). We were told to only inspect the area of the vehicle they indicated had damaged as indicated on the paperwork, as oppose to the whole vehicle.
I will not rent from this location again.

No issues with the vehicle itself, but the process of picking up then car took more than a half hour. Then dropping it off took another 45 minutes.
