We found that the service was very respectful and helpful.
Sheldon was the first person whom we came in contact with. He was most obliging and willing to help with our inquiries. Sheldon introduced us to the manager who gave us an estimate on our vehicle which we were wanting to trade in. Once again we received detailed information that enabled us to make our decision. When we returned to finalize the purchase Sheldon spent a good deal of time introducing us to the audio components and On Star. Jason provided us with options for extended warranty completed our transaction. We are both very pleased with the service we received and have shared that with friends and family. Would not hesitate in future purchases.
Right at the very end I felt things the experience soured for me when I was told that second hand vehicles are never filled up and I am to about to invest 40 grand into this truck and they can't finish topping it off for the 23 dollars it would take to do so, then on the way back to the dealership instead of taking the dry route back to the dealership the truck was driven the back way on a wet and sloppy road ruining a $300 waxing job I couldn't even take the truck home clean.I have more but due to a lack of space here.
