I would first like to thank Sheldon for his help with some of the setting up of my Cherokee. He ordered the Owners Manual for me and guided me when I had a minor problem.
My overall observation would be one of "Service with a Smile" and commend all the staff that were involved.

Sheldon and the staff at Murray's are very accomandating. and the Staff at Murray are so accomandating ad great people to work with. They treated us great.

Sheldon was helpful, pleasant and easy to work with. He replied to my daughter's text message in the evening, after I had made my decision to purchase the car. He advised us that someone else had put a deposit on the car, but still set up a team to help us the following day, as he was going to be out of town. Sheldon kept in contact with my daughter and was very happy for me when it worked out that I was able to buy the car. Justin the New Car Sales Manager took us through the purchase of the car and Kelly provided me with an easy to understand tour of it. It was the first time I've ever purchased a new vehicle and everyone was helpful, patient, understanding and went the extra mile to ensure I had a good experience. As I was ready to head home, Sheldon had just gotten back and we were able to have a good visit and have our photo taken. All in all my experience was very good, as there were 2 other people who also wanted to buy this car that same day, and I was the lucky one who got it!
