I've been trying to deal with Murray's sporadically for over twenty years. Without fail they always provide poor service. In that time frame, mechanics and technicians have come and gone, service writers and managers have come and gone, even the general dealership management has been turned over. Yet the poor customer service remains, refusing to honor manufacture warranty on new vehicles, unauthorized repairs, incomplete repairs, poor communication, price gouging, etc. It means the problem is with the ownership and not the staff. Avoid at all costs if possible.
