Took our Chevy Silverado to Murray's here in Moose Jaw because it wouldn't start when its cold, had the truck for a week, they talked to different reps and support techs, said couldn't fix it and still charged us $1100.00.
I feel if they couldn't fix it they shouldn't charge more than a diagnostic fee...not $1100 for a truck that's not fixed, this is poor business practice. We have a business and a fleet of Chevy trucks that will not be returning to your business if this is not resolved!
Had problem with my car. They took it right in and immediately Nathan found the problem. Fixed it and I was back on road in 30 min. No charge. Great service.
