The fellas did a fine job, but forgot to clean the floor mats.
Our rear defrost was not working, it required a new back window. The problem has been fixed, but I still think it should be able to be programmed to turn on with the remote start. No one seemed to be able to figure it out.
Great service. (Miss getting a complimentary car wash like I used to though, but guess that is just for newer customers).
General car checkup and winter tires put back on. Also had a windshield wiper replaced. Good overall courteous service and complimentary shuttle back and forth.
My summer tires were exchanged for winter ones very fast and efficient They told me my battery was not as good as it should be going into winter. I had them install a new one. Only took a few minutes while I waited. Very fast service.

The truck was booked in for warranty recall. I brought vehicle to dealer earlier than appointment time then left dealership. The vehicle was not finished at expected time. That happens sometimes because for work taking more time than expected for what ever reason. It seems to happen on a regular basis when I have taken my vehicles to Murray. I guess I will see how the next service appointment works out.
