Service assistant didn't know his job very well as he misinformed me about the procedure my truck was to go through
Was led to believe the recall on my block heater was to just change the cord. It in fact needed to be replaced all together. Took me three tries to get booked in satisfactorily. The representative on the phone was rather rude and unwilling to take into account my situation.
Everyone treated me with respect and were very helpful I will always deal with Murray’s. I will be ready to deal on a new car in the spring when I come back to Moose jaw
when I walk into this dealership it gives me a sense being comfortable. The managment whether sevice or sales is top notch. they have never let me down!
All in all Service is very good, quick get you in and out even though I left vehicle. installed winter tires and rims that I had from my 2013 GMC, issue was tire sensors would not link up with new 2019 GMC truck. basically was told when I picked up truck it will not work. No discussion on how to resolve the issue, If discussed during the job or when picked up I may have considered getting new tire pressure sensor that worked with my new truck. this visit missed the personal touch, felt more like #, more interested in volume turned over.
