Things did not go well with the alignment on our 2018 Cadillac XTS and he went well beyond my expectations to resolve the issue to our complete satisfaction. He’s a keeper for sure! I recently stopped in as I had a low air tire reading. The service men stated I needed tires. They showed me. I waited while they gave me a quote, giving me more then one option and described the difference. The price was great! I was happy to return for the set of four tires and am grateful for their recommendation of tire and the incredible service
Everything was done that I had asked for. Being that I have difficulty walking my car was brought to me so I didn’t have to walk that far which was appreciated. Great service
