My truck was in the body shop after I hit a pole. They were unable to secure a rental car for the first half of my claim because they only use one company that had no cars in town. Then when i got my truck back a fender bolt was not installed , there was a gap in my bumper where it was damaged. I was mocked because they cleaned my truck when they were not asked to and there was allegedly 40 lbs of dog hair. I thought my truck was there for collision damage repair not detailing service. They will not fix the issue I have been lied to by the collision center assistant manager and now have to go to mpi for a quality check on their work. This is not my first issue with this body shop. Steer clear of this body shop. Go literally any where else. Unless you like having a clean not properly repaired vehicle. And don't make fun of your customers. It's rude and uncalled for.

My husband is the one who brought in my vehicle. He had no complaints about the service. Everything was satisfactory.

Parts were ordered in a timely fashion. Repairs have been made to our satisfaction. Service is always excellent at this dealership.

Pleased with the installer. An informative person and Portage GM Dealership should be priviledged to have him. Eric

New fog lights replaced old, new fuel cap tank cover replaced the old, checked door locks, checked engine light on, checked outside window brackets, replaced fan knob bulb
