Dan walked us through the vehicle and pointed out all the details about the 2015 Cruze LTZ, as we had no previous knowledge about it. After taking us for a test drive, he allowed us to take the Cruze over night for an extended period of time. His knowledge and experience with the vehicle made choosing the Cruze an easy decision. The process of buying a vehicle from SMP was easy, and Dan made sure to make us feel comfortable with buying the Cruze by staying in our price range.
We would definitely recommend Dan and his team to anyone who was unsure about purchasing a vehicle.

The Dan Barrett Sale Team
Dan is a very likeable person and does his job well.
However, I was told I would get a FULL tank of gas (which I did not). The windshield on the inside of the car was very streaky. It should have been cleaned properly.
I felt pressured when asked about what I was willing to spend per month. I had said, $375 when asked originally......then was asked if it went up a little more, say $390ish would that be ok....at the time I didn't think it would go up so much so said "ok".......I didn't like what I was hearing though and was thinking about ending the deal.
I was told that I needed tire insurance......REALLY!! an extra $399 tacked on the bill....I said "NO"......once all said and done my payments went down to $385....a lot better than $397 or $410.
I had to pay for mud flaps and mats, which was ridiculous.....especially when both my husband and myself were looking for new vehicles......my husband hasn't said "yes" yet.. to the new vehicle or deal.......what happened to the days when a person spends thousands of dollars for something you get something in return???? Oh yeah, flowers don't cut it, I felt PATRONIZED.
I also asked for a GMC jacket and was told "oh, I cant get you one" but my husband was told "oh, I can get you anything you want"......what does that mean?........well there were lots of jackets in the service department.
This may be the first and last time I make a deal with SMP. As for my husband???
Awesome experience! They were great in helping me get all set up in my new vehicle! I will be recommending them to everyone!
