We were looking for a new truck as our former truck needed some major repairs. Dan and his team took our worries away by providing us with a fair trade in value for the existing unit - making it a no brainer decision to move forward with the purchase. We didn't really budget for a new vehicle this year; however, Dan assisted with working out some options with the finance dept to make this happen.
From the moment Jamie took the truck for a test drive to the day we took delivery of the truck, we were offered excellent customer service. Dan, Jilene, and Darian were patient as we made our decision, they walked us through any questions or concerns and took a genuine interest in our needs. They even sent me roses after the deal was sealed, how thoughtful!
