I was looking to replace my vehicle and had very strict criteria. Literally within minutes of meeting Kelly, he had several options for me to look at. He took my criteria seriously (very importantly...he listened to what I had on my list of must have's) and found the vehicle I needed and wanted. Not an ounce of pressure, just great friendly "what can I do for you" service! It is truly a rare thing to have such a great experience with a purchase. Even after the sale service continued, he took his time walking me through the vehicle and made sure I was confident in all aspects of it options. I was introduced to all the different departments in the dealership and had tour of the facility. Kelly made it fun and enjoyable!
