Used Traverse we purchased and have had services aw SMP.
We were deceived and never received the return calls we were promised by the salesman who sold us this vehicle. After having to return to the dealership multiple times for a routine recall, and eventually agreeing to have an estimate on our 3 year old Traverse we were told that we had had it repaired to the tune of $9000, which we later learned had occurred before the dealership sold us the vehicle without disclosing this to us! Ultimately no explanation and no final calls were returned regarding this issue which ultimately affects the resale value of said vehicle as well as potential functional vulnerabilities in the future. Would you consider purchasing or recommending to others a vehicle from this dealership under these circumstances?

Setting up the appointment to come in for fixing my car or for an oil change is easy on the phone. Staff are ready for my appointment when I come to the service bay. The time to register my vehicle and discuss with service supervisor is fast and courteous. Finally, and the shuttle service is great and efficient. Drivers are very friendly!
