The turbo on my 2013 trax froze up two times because Chevy made a car that cannot be driven without a weather guard. I was told only after it happend the first time that the car needs this to run in winter. Interior fan squeeks, and the rear whipper didn't work. When I told them my Bluetooth didn't connect with the Apple products a tec simply said "Chevy has a problem with that" and there is no fix. Poor "certified" used car. Attempted to trade it in and was offered 13000 on a one month old car I paid 18000 for. They also RAISED the price on the vehicle I wanted to trade in for. All around SMP and Randy have provided a terrible car buying experience. I wouldn't recommend them to an enemy. I will be going out of my way to spread the word on how terrible this company is.
I love my new vehicle but there are things that happened that I feel need improvement -test drives without the salesman
- no waiting when you make an appointment especially for taking payment
-unfortunately my onstar is not working so I felt that took away from the experience
-Randy did a great job and I hope he has a bright future at SMP
