First.. my name is James not David. So who ever sent this was not paying attention. About buying a car.. i left the first day feeling good. Was told the car would take 2 or 3 days to get ready.. i was fine with that. Then i was called the next day to say the car was ready to be picked up early. Which was great. So made changes to my schedule to pick it up only to get there and it was not ready. They promised it the next day.. ok inconvenienced once.. oh well. This happened everyday for a week.. i was pissed.. instead of 2-3 days took 7 and not care that how much money and time you all wasted of mine. Not a sorry nothing.. one of the worst services i had. I will not buy a car from you.

Our salesman, Max Hickson, was excellent. He answered all of my questions, took me on a number of test drives, and dealt very honestly with me when negotiating the sale. The buying process went very quickly and to my total satisfaction. All in all, it was a great experience and I would certainly buy a future car from Max and the rest of the Barrhaven Mazda team.
