Questions we had about our car’s issues

Chris was great as usual. He listened to our concerns and answered both quickly with reassurances and a way to fix our issue. Most car dealer staff are focused on the sale only but Chris has followed up with us twice. Good for him. Keep up the great customer service Chris.

I had a great experience at Barrhaven Chrysler and would highly recommend the dealership to anyone.

I had a great experience buying a Jeep Cherokee from Barrhaven Chrysler. I specifically want to highlight Chris Smith who has amazing customer service skills, is extremely knowledgeable and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable through out the entire buying process. I was a bit nervous about buying a new vehicle but after meeting Chris I knew I didn’t want or need to go anywhere else. He definitely has the perfect combination of people skills and technical knowledge. Thank-you Chris for getting me a vehicle that is so much fun!

Purchase of new vehicle

Chris Smith was very professional, not pushy, very helpful and listened to what I wanted. He was fantastic. He also responded to my emails very quickly and efficiently. Best car salesman I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. Thanks Chris! Will recommend him.

Mixed feelings on this experience

Salesperson (Chris) really went above and beyond to help out. However the “business managers” who were handling the post-sales transactions which made me very upset about this whole deal and even doubting the efforts put into getting exactly what I came in for. After complaining and having my bad experience brought up to the store and regional managers, Oscar (store manager) contacted me to apologies and offered to reimburse expenses I had occurred due to BMs mistakes. Thanks to that I ended up with that mix feeling about the experience lived during the purchase of that vehicle upgrade and making me regret moving forward with the deal instead of waiting a couple more years while taking my time to shop around.
