My wife and i just want to share a very, very positive Buying Experience with our purchase this week of a New 2019 Jeep Cherokee. This is our 2nd Purchase from Jim Thompson Chrysler. Previously we bought a New 2015 Dodge Journey and we could not be more pleased with our most recent experience. We Were welcomed by a very Freindly, Smiling, Sales Staff led by Shaun Whitman. Shaun guided us through the process of finding us a just right New Jeep, with our very extensive wish list. He is committed to putting the Customer First and making sure you get what you want in a vehicle. Shaun is happy only when he finds you the vehicle that you are happy with. And thank you to Spencer Gibson who assisted in this process. It is encouraging to know there are still Professionals who put the CUSTOMER FIRST. Until next time, Shaun, "YOU ARE HIRED". We have already been sharing our positive buying experience with others, about, JIM THOMPSON CHRYSLER

As a return customer, I knew I was going to leave satisfied. I told them what I wanted and my budget, and they met both. A very easygoing and stress free environment.
Got the new van and it had sunflower seeds in a cup holder, coffee stains, dirty sun visors, broken wipers. Was mislead about how much my bi weekly financing payment was. The worst experience I have had purchasing a new car. Won't be back nor will I recommend this dealership to any of my contacts.

Sorry Shane,
I was upset myself to find out that van wasn't detailed properly and that he windshield wipers were broken, so I did the only thing I could and gave you and your wife a van to drive while we did a re-do on the detailing and put brand new wipers on the van and addressed all of your concerns as fast as we could. As for the financing, I can't speak to what exactly happened because that isn't my department, but I know there was an issue with the bank lender that took some effort to resolve.
Not the experience I want for my customers at all, my apologies to the Ward family.
