I brought my car in because a check engine sensor light had flashed a couple times. They were unable to find a reason using the computer why the light was flashing. The only answer was to drive back to the dealership the next time the light flashed but as I live 75 km away and would have to drive on a 90km/hr highway to get there it is impossible.
The service was quick, communication of the problems was clear, and customer service was as good as I've ever gotten in a car dealership. And the total value of the work I've needed so far now exceeds the cost of the extended warranty I got when buying the vehicle, so that's a nice bonus.
Needed to make an insurance claim on a windshield. Dan made sure all services under the Honda Plus plan were in place. Made it work with my regular insurance company, no problems at all!
Called and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Service was completed first thing in the morning with the car available by mid day. A bit on the pricey side for very minor work. Overall a positive experience experience.
