Regular maintenance appointment. Was greeted in a fast and friendly matter. Work was done on time and I was made aware of extra work required, which was completed quickly and efficiently. Excellent service!

brought my car in paid shit tone for this CRV pushed the button iwht my finger and it poped off then i startewd having all the problems now they say it is impact damage and it is not cover dispite all the warrenty i paid and the guy who signed me up for the warrenty lied to me about what it covers.... very dissapointed in this the manager was usless and i intened on going to the media about this whole circumstance. please look for it in your local sudbury star and online as i inteded to share my ecperience with all who will post and listen .... thank you for wasting my time.
All four of your service advisors are polite and appear to provide sound technical advise. Cost of service provided so far seems reasonable. So far in purchasing a new vehicle your excellent service could tip balance in your favour for choice when factored in with competitive pricing. In other words your excellent service is a factor in future purchases
