mechanic failed to recognize dashboard service wrench
Car sat for 3 hours and was not advised prior to scheduled appointment that repair duration would be 6 hours
Compensation in the form of a free oil change would be nice.

I'm not sure if the technician drove my truck to hear the noise as it still remains. I was told, the panel is as designed. For reference, my 2003 CR-V doesn't sound this bad. Upon arriving home after the appointment to eliminate the noise, I wedged some foam between the truck's console and the panel. I await your response.

made an appointment for oil/filter and a Brake fluid flush..explained that I would be waiting
for my CRV...Dan got it in and returned to me sooner than promised......thanks
