Car was supposed to be done at 4pm. I was at the dealership a little after noon and they got it done for me in under an hour. Can't complain about that.

I took my 2016 CRV into Palladino's for regular service at 30,000 km and I was dismayed and disappointed that my rear brake pads needed to be replaced and it was to be a cost to me. After a short discussion I am happy to say Dan my service Rep covered both the parts and labour free of charge. I hope is that they back pads meet or exceed the remaining 90% life on the front pads.
I love certainly love it there was a car cleaning business associated with Palladino Honda that would clean my car at the same time.

B service and summer tires installed with alignment. Work was completed well ahead of the time given and worn wipers that I did not notice were changed, thanks Dan. I also got a heads up on the need for new winter tires in the fall. As always, excellent service.

Wait times for a scheduled appointment has been consistently two hours. My simple tire swap which would take half an hour tops took two hours. This is my only complaint. Staff are friendly and service is great but the wait for my vehicle is ridiculous.
