My appointment time was kept on time. They went above and beyond to install a battery so I could get back to work. The mechanic delayed his lunch so he could install it for me.
I just took my Pilot in for its first service appointment and I could not have been happier with my experience from start to finish. Beginning with the valet service where I was greeted by a young man who took my car (great idea by the way - I was so relieved to not have to navigate that parking lot again) to dealing with Dan at the service department desk who was extremely friendly and courteous, and to the lovely coffee machine and waiting area I could not have been more impressed overall. My car was serviced promptly and I was on my way in under an hour.
If my future appointments are like this, then I certainly would say I am even happier with my choice to buy a Honda.

I had a regular oil change done. A change of transmission fluid was recommended since the recommended time frame for a change had already passed. Also, the driver's side air bag was replaced (recall).
Everything was done efficiently and within a reasonable time.
