He was willing to listen to my concerns and accepted my differences in opinion about service requirements. I have worked as an engineer and generic plans often have to be adjusted on a case by case basis.

Vehicle had an oil pan leak and parts needed to be ordered . I would have been without a vehicle for 2 days. Salesman provided me with a loaner. Service desk called me with the estimate, showed my husband the damaged parts. Everyone was courteous and friendly.
