The Customer Service Satisfaction needs to be improved at Palladino Honda. The fact our vehicle was given back to us with the engine light on wasn't acceptable. We sure hope your current and future clients aren't subjected to this. If so, they won't return.
As a long time customer of Palladino's, I have come to expect the same level of excellent service provided on each service.
An appointment was provided mid-week despite a very busy schedule, the work order was ready when I arrived so there was no waiting around, the shuttle gave me a ride to work. Dan called to inform me of the details of the repairs and what additional repairs over and above the service needed to be performed. I agreed, the additional work was completed in a timely manner and the shuttle picked me up as scheduled so I could get on with my day as a sales person who needs my vehicle to provide my customers with a high level of service.
