Appointment and cost was as expected, however, mechanical saw that our Honda needed extra work. Did a little bit more this time, but scheduling the rest at a later date. Wish the price of the extra work wasn't as expensive to have this work done. I bring our Honda only to Palladino Honda.
Palladino Honda fixed a problem with my Acura car that my Acura dealer was not able to diagnose and fix. In fact, the other dealer did work that did not solve the issue and I had to pay for it. Very pleased with this Honda dealer. Dan Strong was great to deal with.
quick professional service. Tried to make sure that all my service repair needs were met and I understood the service that was preformed at the time as well as the next service appointment that he booked. He was knowledgeable and helpful.
Service rep, Dan reviewed what would be done and the rationale for same. Having only 13+ km on the car, I don't think this level of maintenance was merited. However, was advised it could affect our warranty. Dan also reviewed the recommendation for a wheel alignment. I declined, couldn't afford it. All I all, it is a lot of $$ for only having 13 + km on the vehicle. I had a ? re icon that appeared above gear shift and wanted to call but NO where is your phone number on the paperwork. Recc this needs to be rectified.
Brought my Civic in complaining about a rubbing noise in the rear. Apparently there's a TSB on the issue so they replaced pads and rotors no questions asked.
