I've had my 2017 Honda Civic in for service 3 separate times in the last month and a half. For the same issue. The first couple times, the service was good. I was treated respectfully and felt that Rob and Tamara we're doing the best they can to accommodate me. When I went in yesterday, Tamara wasn't in and I had the pleasure to deal with Dan. Dan was VERY demeaning in his approach with me. He was sarcastic and disrespectful. I left feeling shocked and frustrated. Needless to say, yesterdays interaction was not appreciated nor do I feel like a valued customer.
The follow up to have the wires removed in the trunk from the previous stereo system was done professionally. Mat Battistoni and Dan Strong both reviewed my two concerns with a couple of marks on the car not noticed prior to leaving the lot on June 2nd. They were both professional and understanding with the situations being rectified to the best situation possible. The purchased of my 2016 Honda Civic Coupe was a done professionally by all parties. I was very nervous about making the decision knowing it had to be made.
Your staff has always been excellent to deal with. It’s been over ten years and it will absolutely be over ten years more. Dan and Kara were awesome considering the social distancing direction and I appreciate them.
