It's always easy at Palladino. Everything is organized and on time. Vehicle is returned in the same state and the service advisors are clear in their communication. Keep it up.
Brought Accord in for airbag recall and it was repaired promptly. The pick-up and drop-off shuttle service was quick, on time, and allowed minimal disruption with work.
I do not think it fair that I would have to pay for for repair on skid plate, which I have already paid for repairs once before. The service man did not really seem to care about that at all and dismissed my concern. That being said, the skid plate is still not repaired!!
When picking up my car after some regular maintenance work, an additional appointment was scheduled for warranty work.
Everything for both the regular maintenance work, and future appointment for warranty work, was explained very well and in detail.
My first time in dealing with Sudbury Honda was a good one.
I had a b inspection, they said they secured my heat shield and half of it disconnected within 2 days. They were unable to change my break fluid because they said the bolts were seized, I brought it to another mechanic in the valley and they said it was no problem at all. After paying almost 450$ I am not really sure what I got done except the basic fluid changes. The front struts sound way worse now than they did before.
Feel pretty ripped off, Considered calling and complaining but not knowing that much about cars that is difficult. The mechanic said I should not have paid that much when I showed him my bill from Honda.
Would not recommend Honda Services.
ALSO, they said the front struts were going and it would cost aprox 1600$ to fix. The other mechanic quoted me 650$ including parts and labour.
Displeased,
