Dan Strong, Service Advisor, was courteous, portrayed professionalism and definitely knowledgeable in advising what should be repaired on my vehicle, as well as to explain the overall condition of it.
Extraordinary customer service with a serious price tag
I love your customer support, I really do. Dan really knocked this out of the park, as per usual. Everyone's really friendly and the waiting room is spectacular. But the reason my review is merely "It's ok" is because prices are stratospheric. I can't take my Fit into Palladino for every tune up because of this. So I take it to a small trusted shop for most of my maintenance. It cost me nearly $300.00 to have my oil, filter and transmission fluid change. That's CRAZY. I even had a summer coupon!
Anyways, like I said, it's a polarizing experience. The plush seats are awesome, as is the staff. But you have to have some seriously disposable income to shop at Palladino Honda. I own a Honda Fit. It's an incongruous feeling bringing a tiny car in for this kind of maintenance.
The contact was good, and we were contacted and provided with an estimate before work was initiate.
Was disappointed when we picked up the vehicle and the problem was still there, but the service department was quick to get the car back in and resolved the issue. My mother states the car drive really good now.

The air conditioning was acting up. Dan explained what was covered under our extended warranty policy and they would also check whether that part was on recall. It was indeed on recall and therefore no cost was incurred.
