They did what was expected, quickly and efficiently, despite it being a very busy day (many bookings).
At the counter, the gentleman (far left) initially thought my appointment had been changed to another day. However, when I pointed out that I'd received a voice-message confirming my appointment the night before, he quickly carried on with making sure I was added to the service list.
They were very busy that morning, and put on an extra vehicle to shuttle customers to work... much appreciated.
My car was brought in promptly without a previous appointment.
The low tire light came on while I was on a trip in a remote area. The tire gauge did not seem to be working well and I was not 100% sure which tire it was. The next morning (Monday) I went to Palladino Honda to see if I could get the car in to check it out. It was a piece of metal I had picked up somewhere... it was repaired promptly and I was on my way. Thanks
The Service Representative was prompt and courtesy. I waited for the quote and he was thorough with his explanation and I understood was needed for my vehicle and how much time required to complete the job. I needed a ride to my appointment and he ensured the shuttle was ready to take me, but forgot to give my cellphone number to the driver, he called my home number upon pick up received my message upon my arrival home two hours later. I had a schedule b service. It was a good experience, but I waited and it was really long. Over the time estimated and expensive. I know that is what it costs for maintenance, but I still found it expensive.
