My appointment was made quickly following the reminder email. I was received almost immediately and the work order was ready for me to check what was to be done. When I returned to get my CRV back, Dan was ready to explain the statement of what had been done and was very friendly and courteous through all our exchanges. I am well pleased with my contacts with Palladino Honda.
I have had a series of Hondas from Palladino for over 20 years and have always been pleased.
Went in for something simple. I ended up with two scratches. The inside front dash has been separated. I realize this is about service. However, you people make me so nervous to ask any questions at all or go for an oil change. It was all about the sell never about taking care of the customer after. Sad situation. I sold cars as well down south. We never ruled by intimidation. So yes I was the happiest customer and now the most disappointed.
