Kara and staff were courteous, infomative and helpful.
When I arrived for my appointment (on my way to work) Kara clearly explained which service package was going to be done on my car. She set me up with a ride to work immediately, without having to wait around for a driver. She called me at work when a concern with the car came up, explained the situation and made her recommendations. In the end my vehicle serving was completed in a timely manner and with courteous customer service.

Kara was very friendly and also very helpful I was glad to get my car so soon. I was a little disappointed when they told me I would have to find a ride because I live beyond Hanmer that is not was I was told when I got the car.
