Excellent Service

Engine light was coming on and off. Vehicle diagnostic was performed and determined that a water temperature sensor required changing. Work was performed on a very timely manner. A shuttle was provided to and from the dealership. All required work was performed and completed prior to the estimated timeframe. Everything now works fine. Thank You for the Great service.

i thought the service was excellent

great customer service. very knowledgeable, friendly staff. let me know exactly what was wrong with my car and also what needed to be repaired shortly. thank you for the great service.

excellent service as always, I was just not happy that my part that had fell off my car to repair, was not put back into my car, as am unable to get it fixed till next month, I assumed it was in my car, I should have checked before I left the dealership, I think they assumed I would be back the following day, as the part was ordered and coming in the following day, When I had arrived I did mention I would call to make a appointment to have that installed, I would have just liked if my part put back in my car, Previous experiences have always went well and pleased with wait times as it is always done faster than expected

Overall it was good.

The advisor was polite, friendly and knowledgable. The waiting area is comfortable and offers nice beverages. The duration was a little longer than predicted and/or to be expected for a simple oil change. Might I recommend that when a customer is waiting while service is being completed that the car is stationed near an exit at the end of the visit. Even if you no parking space is available, leave it in front of the building along the walking curb rather than make the customer find it at the far end of the parking lot. You know we are coming right out..
