Despite having been told that the appointment might take all day, I was 'fast tracked' by Kara and so appreciated that in light of living out of town and this Pandemic. Kara was great at communicating the service requirements for my son's Honda Civic. She was able to indicate and arrange for some extra service once the technician found some problems. She was able to arrange to get the work done in a timely fashion. Nice team work at the dealership and a superior Client service experience.
