Kara explained everythIng in great detail what the tech had completed on my
vehicle and also prior to the work, she explained what was due to be done
on my vehicle.
Also, safe distancing and masks were worn so I was pleased to see proper
Covid protocols being followed.
Honda was done with my truck in a timely manner. I very much appreciated Kara keeping me updated on my trucks status while being serviced. I enjoyed receiving txts to inform me on what was going on while my trucks was in for service. Great customer service which is hard to find around here.
I damaged my real wiper blade assembly. Amanda noticed that I had a break procedure scheduled for February and asked if I wanted it done. I said yes. I also asked her if she could have the tech. turn on a audio feature that I could not figure out myself. Everything was done and on time.
