Third attempt to fix ac and fuel pump Warranty work followed by a mark on my door from someone hitting my truck with their door in the overcrowded parking lot
Third attempt to fix ac and recall for fuel pump, repairs made and I hope for the best. I noticed a new rub mark on my vehicle from someone hitting it with their door, parking has been a problem since I purchased. Valet helps but still a problem if customers vehicles get damaged. I was to angry and in a hurry to go back it and report. Service advisor Kara was nice to deal with.
Eventhough they could not fix my car on the day it was scheduled they provided me a courtesy car and my vehicle was ready by noon on Monday.
Completely new rear brakes and calipers, front ball joints and control arm + changed the fluids in the car (transmission, differential, antifreeze, brake fluid flush)

Serge, we apologize that we were unable to fix the issues right away. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Took 2018 Fit in due to noisy muffler. Techs looked at it told me repairs would be $626 + taxes. To look at it was charged $65 + taxes.
Immediately after picking up vehicle took to a muffler shop down the street. Within 20 min I was driving with a fixed muffler. Total cost = $20 to coffee fund.
Won't be back to Palladino's.

Judy, your service advisor Kara and service manager Marilyn have been in contact with you to discuss your visit with us. We did recommend that you go to the Muffler Shop as we didn't have the specific tools to repair exhausts and we can only replace the part itself. We provided you with this recommendation to cut your costs. We look forward to hearing from you.
