Satisfied but I wasn't impressed when I got to the counter to give my keys for my appointment because the girl asked me why I was here, they didn't have that information because I booked online. Plus the day before a person called my house to get all the information and now I get there they don't know why I'm there..... Plus she tells me at the counter if I book online, I'll be the end of the day appointment, it never said that when I booked online. But they still serviced my vehicle during my scheduled time so it turned out ok.

Appointment was booked for 4.30, they misbooked me in the system and even though I had the booking confirmation for 4.30 couldnt take my car in until 5. It then took almost 2 hours for an oil change and a single tire replacement, service desk workers themselves were great

I received the usual professional service I have come to expect from Kara.
I received a warm and friendly greeting from Kara at the service counter. The purpose of my visit was to locate a suspected leak in my muffler system . The cause was accurately diagnosed , and my options fully described to me, as well associated costs. Everything was rectified to my complete satisfaction.

A part needed replacement,. Once replaced, the two connecting wires needed to be replaced. They were noticed when replacing the new part, not with the initial ivestigation. This meant a longer service period, and more frustration. Kera found me a complimentary vehicle.....aided with my frustration.
Am disappointed that such a part needed replacing at 60,000 km, and that it would not be under warranty. $600 is high for a smallpart, and two connecting wires.

As crazy ( busy) there, (service dept) as it seems to always be when I come to get some work done on my ridgeline, my service advisor Kara Wing is always courteous, prompt and always smiling and happy!
