He had to get a piece replace. Tool longer than expected to get parts. The service advisor was very nice, courteous and offered options to assist us given the unexpected delay. We've nothing but good service with Palladino. Thank you for fixing our vehicle.

Had winter tires put on and summer tires stored. performed oil change multi point inspection . First time having service done at Honda was quite pleased with the service and the friendly personal. See you in 6 months. George
