My repair was suppose to take 1 day and ended up taking nearly a week. They offered me a loaner car and when I said it needed to a CR-V or bigger it seemed to be a problem yet they made it happen. They failed to notify the owner of the car when the oil pump needed to be replaced, instead they called my husband who's name is nowhere on the account. They also only communicated with him when my car was ready to be picked up which I found extremely disrespectful.
I have no complaints, very friendly staff and easy to talk to.
My experience was satisfactory. Service was completed on time. Kara was very friendly and explained the repairs that needed to be done very clearly. The only issue I have is the parking.

We came to get new Michelin tires and rims and left with them. Despite some bumps in the road, the work was completed in a timely manner. Great recovery guys, keep up the good work! Clark

service desk very friendly and cut cost as they didn't have a part and we had to return to complete our brakes so that was good. Cost was a little high but the work was guaranteed.
