On rating Kara-Always pleasant, courteous, attentive, respectful, knowledgable A pleasure to deal with.
I don't think anyone likes the cost of servicing, Kara makes it hurt a little less !!

Kara is always very pleasant & helpful, each visit is like I came there monthly when in fact it is maybe 2 or 3 times a year. Treated like a person and not just a customer.

My experience was excellent - staff were friendly, efficient, customer oriented.
As always, service staff were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and customer oriented. I and my vehicle were taken care of in a timely fashion. Great service! Great staff!
