Tire change and alignment

Good quick service with follow up call and notification when vehicle was ready on time. Pleasant customer service. Thanks I appreciate good service.

Great as always

Came in to have my winter tires removed and the service was great. Communication was fantastic. My only complaint was that they turn off my lights and didn't put them back to "Auto"

I value the professionalism of service advisor.

I appreciate the welcoming smile of advisor. The professionalism in dealing with customers. No nonsense in explaining what needs to be dealt with. I expect honesty.

Replace struts

Rear struts replaced under warranty on used vehicle purchased February 27 2017. Originally diagnosed as requiring bump stops only. Vehicle had just over 30k kilometres when purchased.

The staff were very friendly and helpful but the experience was frustrating.

Kara was lovely and very professional and did all she could to keep me aware of the status of my car's repair. I had contacted Palladino Honda to arrange servicing for two recalls on my vehicle. Parts had to be ordered and i was to be called when they came in. I didn't receive a call so recontacted Palladino's to book servicing. On the day of my servicing, I was required to leave my car at Palladino's all day for repairs that took approximately half an hour. There wasn't a shuttle available to take me to where i needed to go unless i was able to wait for 45 minutes. I opted to pay for a taxi instead. I was able to arrange a shuttle to pick me up to bring me back to pick up my car and the driver was very friendly, the vehicle was clean... When I arrived to pick up my car at the end of the day, I had to wait another 45 minutes because the car hadn't been in for servicing yet.
