From the ladies who call to remind me of my appointment to Kara at the service desk with her smile and nice personality...even at 7:30 in the morning, right down to the friendly shuttle drivers. Every visit to the service department of Palladino Honda makes me feel like a valued customer. The staff are beyond courteous, always knowledgable, and often do something extra to make me want to keep servicing my vehicle there.
